• This follows the "PC Security health Check"
• We listen to your requirements and create a list of items to achieve
• You prioritize the list with our guidance
• We start working on the list of tasks you have given us
• We explain to you exactly what we are going to do before we actually do it, for each task
• We provide a summary of the tasks complete when we are done.

  What is done?

• This largely depends upon how well configured your PC is before we arrive, but, the work could include:
• Make your PC's anti-virus product work properly
• Make your PC's anti-spyware product work properly
• Make your PC's firewall work properly
• Install a free anti-spyware product if your PC does not already have one
• Install a free firewall if your PC does not already have one
• Help you choose an anti-virus product that would suit your PC if your PC does not have one
• Get your PC's Windows Updates up to date
• Get your PC's Windows Service Pack up to date

  Price

• The price for this service is:
• Just £42.54+VAT (£49.99) for the first hour and then £6.37+VAT (£7.49) for each part quarter hour thereafter *
• This service is in your own home - you don't have to travel as we come to you
