• This service has been designed for people that are having one or more problems with their PC but may not have the PC knowledge to resolve them.
• This is, unfortunately, all too common and can be extremely frustrating for the owner of the PC.
• We are sympathetic to this situation and aim to help you resolve your PC issues whilst at the same time explaining what the problem was and how to stop it happening again.  This is sometimes not possible, particularly if the problem was of a highly technical nature.
• We explain to you exactly what we are going to do before we actually do it, for your peace of mind.
• We provide a summary of the tasks completed when we are done.

• The price for this service is:
• Just £29.78+VAT (£34.99) for the first hour and then £6.37+VAT (£7.49) for each part quarter hour thereafter *
• This service is in your own home - you don't have to travel as we come to you
